Get 10 fairly large balloons, fill them with helium and attach a string about a meter and a half long to the end. Tie glow sticks to the sting, one at the top, one in the middle and the other at the end. Release the balloons at a 15 second interval over your town. Call the local talkback radio station with a few friends doing so at the same time saying you are currently seeing lights hovering above and set off a town-wide UFO scare.
